Barton Precision's comprehensive, fully-focussed and broad-based engineering provides a high-skill source of ultra high integrity components. These skills span a wide range of materials, including carbon fibre, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, 6mo, nickel, plastics, aluminium, copper, brass and titanium.
Our production capability includes both conventional and CNC milling and turning, and plant for grinding, lapping and fitting.
We also have the capability of providing supportive functions such as welding, sheet metalwork, casting, plating, polishing and other ancillary services. There is a sub-assembly facility, together with a means of storing customers' finished components and supplying them on a 'just-in-time' basis.
Our comprehensive production process is complemented by a full quality control and inspection capability, which includes a metrology department with CMM and surface measuring function.
